Can baiond show whether a booked hall was actually used?
Yes. A counter at the door or an occupancy sensor in the hall records use per hour. Next to the booking sheet you see the no-shows and the hours that could be released or charged.
Which climate values are worth measuring in a sports hall?
CO₂ and temperature in the hall, humidity in changing rooms, showers and stores, and air quality in gyms and enclosed courts. Thresholds are yours; baiond alerts the caretaker and can trigger ventilation through the building automation.
Does it work with our existing building automation and meters?
The baiond Gateway reads Modbus, BACnet, KNX, M-Bus and MQTT, so existing meters and controllers connect without replacement. Zones without a meter get a wireless sub-meter or sensor.
Does the data help with klimaaktiv or ÖGNI certification?
Yes. Consumption, indoor-climate and occupancy data are logged continuously with time and zone and exported for audits and reports; that documentation supports submissions for LEED, BREEAM, WELL, klimaaktiv and ÖGNI.
