What operators ask before they start.
Does baiond replace our building automation?
No. The baiond Gateway reads the BMS you have over BACnet, KNX, Modbus or M-Bus and adds wireless sensors where the building has none. The automation keeps controlling; baiond sees, compares and alerts across every building.
What do we get for an ESG report or a certification audit?
An export per building and period: energy per meter and circuit, CO₂ and climate per room, occupancy, water. Every number carries its timestamp and source, so an auditor gets a curve for the period instead of an average from an invoice.
Can one platform serve an office, a hotel and a clinic at the same time?
Yes. Every building, floor and room is a space in baiond with its own sensors, thresholds and people. The hotel manager sees the wings, the clinic technician the hot-water circuits, the portfolio owner the comparison across all of them.
How fast is an existing building live?
Wireless battery sensors are mounted during operation; a floor or a whole building is usually set up in a short time, depending on its size. Existing meters and the BMS are connected through the Gateway, usually without new wiring.
