Every protocol in. One answer out.

baiond is data orchestration for the physical world: it collects readings from sensors, buildings, cameras, satellites and weather, puts each one in its place and lets AI agents answer your questions about them in plain language.

The data flow

From the signal to the answer

Five steps between a reading and a decision. You only see the last one – the other four are what makes it reliable.

Anything in

Sensors, meters and building automation, cameras, satellite imagery and weather. What you already have counts; new sensors fill the gaps.

AI agents

Agents watch the data continuously, compare it with thresholds, history and weather, flag drift early and point to what it likely means.

Your answer

Ask in plain language whenever you need to – or let baiond ask for you: a daily check at 7:00, a weekly report that writes itself, an alert when something drifts. Every answer comes with the readings, the likely cause and what to do next; the dashboard holds the detail.

  1. Sensor
  2. baiond Gateway
  3. Space System
  4. AI agent

The sensor reports to the baiond Gateway, the Space System puts the reading in context (location, threshold, history), and the AI agent turns it into an answer.

  • Current 5.8°C
  • Threshold 0–2°C
  • Deviating 24min

No. The temperature has risen to 5.8 °C, exceeding the defined threshold for fresh fish products (0–2 °C). The deviation has persisted for 24 minutes, increasing the risk of reduced product quality.

Integration

A dozen languages. One data stream.

Your building already talks – in a dozen languages. baiond understands the common ones, from the heating controller to the LoRaWAN sensor on the roof, and in most cases connects existing systems without replacing them.

Questions

What people ask about the platform.

What is an AIoT platform?

AIoT combines the Internet of Things – sensors and connected devices – with artificial intelligence. An AIoT platform like baiond collects the data from those devices and uses AI to interpret it, so you get answers and recommendations instead of raw numbers.

What does data orchestration for the physical world mean?

Buildings, sites and landscapes produce data in many formats: sensors, meters, controllers, cameras, satellites, weather services. Orchestration means bringing all of it together, giving every value its place and time, and making it usable in one system – instead of one app per manufacturer.

Do I have to replace my building automation?

Usually not. The baiond Gateway reads existing systems over their own protocols – BACnet, KNX, Modbus, M-Bus, DALI and more. Your automation keeps running as it is; baiond adds the view across all of it.

Which data sources can baiond use?

Wireless sensors (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT), meters and controllers, building automation, cameras via Visual Classification, satellite imagery, weather data and other systems via API. If a source is missing, a custom-built sensor can close the gap.

Where is my data stored, and who owns it?

Your data stays yours. baiond is hosted in Europe, and you can export your readings at any time. Camera analysis keeps only counts, never images.
